in all melee class, the fastest gcd is pug where greese lightning can reduce the gcd but in 1 condition, you must be able to maintain greese lightning buff. MRD and LCN also having the same amount of time if not mistaken even lancer is a dps class

As we've announced previously, there will be no wipe of the Beta phase 4 data. That data will carry over to early access/launch. #FFXIV
If they wipe it, i plan to start new char. Now im not sure
