What does Error 2 mean, or Error 3 mean, i saw mine error2 1st, then start error 3 ==

I have some weird issue about the graphic, the game goes smoothly and when sometime its lag and the screen goes black a while (you can still hear the sound), when the graphic goes back, everything become lag, its like the fps from 25+ drop to 5+. After i lower the graphic to medium, its still happen. Any1 experience this?
