theres no option to add crysta on my brunei account... all I have is payment method and it got only CC option..
but on my UK account.. has add crysta and ultimate card option .. the payment method also have bunch of option other than CC..

I think Crysta is not supported in Brunei.. thats why I kinda frustrated, my dumb fault putting codes without checking which account I logged it (since yesterday logged)..

since this is early access code right, I wonder if I can use the actual product code and use it to my UK account..

I dont care bout getting in the game at early access now.. I just want my CE to be use on UK account

if the preorder (early access) code is linked to actual product code.. Welp.. I have to pay with Euro then.. pay extra.. hah

Hmmm.....when i bought from GMG they only sent 1 code to my email which is the pre-order code. I think that code is considered the retail code just with EA and in game item bonuses. If they are sending another retail code i'm sure they will mention it in the email but i don't see anything being said about another code being sent for retail. Not so sure about other resellers.

I seriously hope that these are mail-able (if do gotta send this to my UK account's chara lol), if not... 

I'll play on Brunei account for EA time, although lost EA on UK account, hope on launch.. theres no lock so that I apply CE on UK account and make chara in Masamune...
I'm pretty sure its a code to redeem EA and PO items .. the length is different from the PO code (12 character rather than PO's 20 character)..

huh?........the pre-order code is 18 characters right? if i remember correctly from previous posts, i think Shoji posted it, the 20 characters code is only for JP while the rest of the world is 18 characters. Correct me if i'm wrong tho.

This will depend on where you pre-ordered the game, so please confirm directly with the retail outlet.

*Note that the pre-order bonus codes are different for the Playstation 3 and Windows versions of the game, so please ensure you receive a code for the correct platform at the time.
*Pre-order codes will be available from Aug 1st, 2013.

How do I use my 18-digit pre-order code?

Customers who have pre-ordered FINAL FANTASY XIV: A REALM REBORN will receive an 18-digit pre-order code (hereafter referred to as the ‘pre-order code’) from their retailer.

You will be able to redeem this pre-order code on the Pre-order Rewards Code Redemption website here from the 20th August 2013. You will also receive a reminder email containing full redemption instructions from your retailer on the same day.

After redeeming your pre-order code, you will then receive an email with a 20-character alphanumeric Pre-order Bonus code.
Instructions included in this email will prompt you to register the Pre-order Bonus code on the Pre-order code registration page here. Please follow these instructions carefully to ensure you add your Early Access & bonus items to the correct service account.

Please note this website opened on 9th August, 2013 for Japanese account holders but EU account holders will only be able to register the code from the 20th August, 2013.
