RAAE..... anyway, got it resolved. Clear off all my cache and reset the whole browser. Deleted all temporary files and tried again. It miraculously fixed.

Now i have a question, i bought the digital CE version, but when i registered the code i don't see any remark saying CE, just say regular beta tester. Normal?

Takes a few days to get any reply. Sometimes no reply, then when you sent a second email, they will reply promptly.

You need to run it in admin mode. Mine just updated and i don't get any error....

May need to sent another support ticket and put in first ticket case no as reference, a few of my previous ticket took a week to be resolved.

It is safe to assume not all 700k people will be logging in the moment EA start. At most it will be 50%, due to timezone and geographic differences.

You just said it yourself, some are hardcore, not all. Some people preorder it, and EA is a bonus/perks for the preorder.
So again, it is safe to assume not all 700k subscriber with EA will login at the same time, due to timezone differences and geographic locations.

Anyway, think what you like. I am not here to force my thinking onto you that's for sure.
If you prefer to surmise at opening the server will be loaded with all 700k preorder customer and all legacy player, by all means go ahead. Who am i to say otherwise?

Benchmark program provided by SQEX, basically is just to gauge whether your machine can run FFXIV, in various recommended settings. Being able to run the benchmark does not necessary means you won't get any error when launching the games. As the banchmark app only test various GFX and CPU capabilities. Your case is probably something IE related.

You may want to update your IE to the latest and patch your windows to the latest patch. If i were you, i will probably update everything just to be safe, that includes my flash player, java, adobe and video drivers just to be safe.

Or you can just do Shoji dirty fix, which he mention a couple of pages back. Good luck getting it fixed.

I am running on wireless, i get 150ms to Japan DC and around 300ms to NA DC.
Stable enough at least for me. If wired your latency should be lower, i believe most peeps here who play with Unifi get around 90ms to Japan DC and around 200ms to NA DC.

Looks like this month is really pay thru my nose month, internet bill is stacking up nicely... lol.
