Guys.. Srsly.. Why you guys can get the 20 digit code but I can't.. I keep getting Error 2

If I'm not mistaken, error 2 means that the code has been used. Maybe you can check your e-mail.

While waiting for reply, just keep clicking on that 18 codes page. At least that's what I did and got mine.

also dont forget to browser clear cookies caches.. just incase there is conflict..

Make sure which region the code you have and which region the account you are redeeming it to. EU or NA.

RAAE = EU

RAAU = NA.

May need to sent another support ticket and put in first ticket case no as reference, a few of my previous ticket took a week to be resolved.

I already bought a new (NA region) copy of the game - waiting for SE to reply is pointless

Bro dont bother writing in to SE now, it will take forever for them to reply, just write into gmg and ask for a new preorder code or refund
