My renovation does not including any extension, so selling the property does not need any renovation approval for valuer.

The problem is, some of the sub sale buyer will be concerned with the approval thing.
But if you don't have extension, then i think most likely you will not have problem.

For internal renovation no need to do submitted to authority. I know because i have been doing freelance in design, renovation and interior.

hi im about to renovate my apartment,there's a bathroom in hall,i jus want to hack that n make my hall bigger,i went to majlis perbandaran selayang to check whether need to get approval,the staff told me that no demolition allowed,jus simply renovation can do like kitchen cabinet,flooring,plaster ceiling.need advice anyone from selayang had renovate apartment.plls share mine is apartment melur,tq in advance.
