No too easy to tell from the pic, but it looks like 10-12 yr old palms and should have a productive life for at least 7-8 years more. Trunks are suffering from bottling, poor female:male inflorescence ratio. Find out the soil series of your land, and get the proper NPK+TE+B nutrients in.
