You can visit Van's Urban in Kg.Tunku, SS1 main road in PJ. Coming from SEA Park it is just before the Sungai Way junction on the right.

After months or years of riding, have u all encounter fatigue stress at the welded joints or frame?

Some TERN bikes has been recalled due to this issue

If you really want a good front light, get this. The last time I bought a unit (the shop has only the last unit) , everybody claimed that the shop sold me at the wrong price (cheap) and when the stocks arrived again after 3 months of waiting, the price remains the same. So, the shop did really sold me cheap. I have 2 of these, one for me and another for my wife. Using half power is enough! thumbup.gif

Don't under estimate steel frame! Although a bit heavier and higher maintenance, it rides really better than aluminium frame. That's why the best touring bikes in the world are still made of steel! nod.gif Aluminium is rigid and hard riding. The size of the tubes has to be bigger as they are not as strong as steel but they are most surely lighter. I traded off my Vigor instead of my Speed is for the same reason. The ride on a steel bike (chromoly is also a steel alloy) is much better than the aluminium.

PS/ in fact another rider who rides a Kalaq steel frame formerly also claims that the Kalaq rides better than the Tern P9 which he later bought!

it should be chromoly rathed than hi-ten steel.. but not sure if it is the same as the older days hi-ten steel or not. as hi-ten will rust faster if it was not well taken care of.

from their catalogue
Chromoly is 60% stronger than high tensile steel, so chromoly tubing is thinner than lighter...
how about chromoly vs aluminium vs hi ten?

1. If you carry bag, you can put in the bag. If you wearing pants while cycling, you can put in the pocket (if your pants have pocket)
2. i suggest you try to use neither of them to breath. if you have fish gills, you can try that
3. you asked the question and you already answered them too. For me, secukup rasa.
4. you can hook anywhere if you wan to as long as it is hooked
5. why walk up stairs so tired and down the stairs so easy?
6. any pants u feel comfortable.

sorry for being sarcastic here but your question kinda funny.
