Very difficult to say how much this number worth.
If you are unlucky, there is another car owner wants this same number, he will tender high price for it so that he can get the number.
If you are lucky, nobody tender for it, and you try your bid at RM250, you might get it.
So, it depends on the timing..

Is 5775 good plate?
It depends on the individual. If you are born on 5 July 1975, you may go for this number.
Or someone married on 5 July 1975, he might get this number for his car and his wife's car.

If this number has no significant to you, you might look at other combinations.
3223, 8228, 8118 etc.

ABBA numbers are cheaper than AABB and ABAB.

Of course not all ABBA have to go through the tender process.
Chinese won't want 3443 or 4334.
3443 = three die four alive
4334 = four alive three die

Nobody tender that number before. I think the runner just buy at the counter or meet pegawai JPJ and pay for RM300

It's called an interchange.
First, buy the Pahang number you want.

Second, go to a motorbike shop-I did mine at Jalan Ipoh, and say you want to do an interchange. I forgot what forms you need (can download from jpj website)

Third, the bike shop will assign your old number plate with a new bike. I think they will charge RM1,000 for this service.

Fourth, take your car to Puspakom with the new plate for inspection.

Fifth, go to JPJ for new roadtax sticker

Lastly, update your insurance company.

The last time I did this was 4 years ago. Some things may have changed but that's what I recall.

It is cheaper because come 1 Jan, your car is considered 1 year old.

What is the XX stand for? Twin number?

Yes twin number, but any plate that starts with 53 will be shunned by the Chinese anyway.

latest price for normal number is Rm210 or Rm300? I saw from JPJ website, it mentioned RM300 for Nombor Semasa. Dont want to tender, want go straight to counter and pay.
Last two years i just paid RM210 (number) + RM50 (runner)
