They appoint agents from GS to sell. agar300-350psf i think, not sure really....pricing can be negotiated greatly! Most of them are the corner/end lots, 2 show houses and one of the bungalow. A friend was interested but bank valuation was a bit tricky! Thats why pricing can be negotiated to match the bank value.

Wow... then Diamond City by Country Garden is quite reasonable compare to Tiara South!!!!

Diamond City also 3 story, freehold, gated and guarded (7 check-points), club house is more comprehensive (with swimming pool, bowling alley , squash courts, cinema, etc), comes with landscaping, a few playgrounds, and 34 retail units (on leasing only), spanish style, nearer to Nottingham and UTAR. Selling at RM650k onwards after discount.

What do you all think?

Just got info sharing from a friend , this is not an advertisement post , dont shoot me , just go enquiry yourself if interested , THX smile.gif

Been quote selling price RM920k cheapest for triple storey at November 2013 , 7%discount for all type , rm30k-60k stage rebate till vp depends on purchased price .

Advantage according to SA :

top 3 best architecture project 2013 in malaysia group ,
easily flip till 1.2mil plus for foreigner ,
low density garden direct compare to SEH with better access ,
targeting finish in 18months indeed of 24month snp ,
almost 1% dp only within the construction period till vp ,
free legal fees (except bank loan legal) , mot , free 1 year strata title maintainance fees (rm260 per month)

5k booking fees with full refundable t&c apply .


p/s : My friend fail loan three times on this , he decided to leave it . The speculator season has gone , bank loan been tighten , more financial curbing keep coming sad.gif

Don't think is strata title. future price to flip at 1.2 mill will be tough if those ecohill semi d folks also flip at rm1.2mill.

Don't you rather buy a semi d or even link semi d say...1.2 mill as compared to TS 1.2mill 3 storey link house. Coz at the end of the day, land size valuation will definately have plus point.

If they are selling rm900k for the their link house, i think buyers should hop over to ecohill and grab some remaining units of semi d or link semi d.

Like i says, if the developer is serious in pushing at that price, they better throw in more quality furnishing goodies to attract buyers else they gotta wait till ecohill finish their remaining semi d or link semi d.
