i look at it, Kueen Lai selling Tiara South almost a year. if they benchmark slightly lower, i believe they can sell off the unit before SEH or EM launch.

If they sell say at RM750K, sure sold out already

Greedy because that's the most valuable land bank of Kuen Lei in Semenyih.. Front most housing project after Lekas Semenyih toll if following the Ecohill link...

Yups. Kuen lai have an ace in their sleeve with Tiara South location with the strategic location. Just a matter of holding power if owner investing in here. All it needs now is expat market moving in to make it a jewel else nothing to see. Then again, they are facing 2 giants development nearby EM and EH.

Went there today. Basically bigger one for 995k and smaller one for 930k. Has it own concept and design. However, the space allocated for kitchen and yard look too small for me as compared to SEH and EM. Family who seldom cooks should best fit. Single phase wiring but can arrange separately with developer for 3 phase with small amount of money.

Almost 1 mill for linked house in Semenyih.

1 year ago, people will says, you must be crazy. Guess, those who can't afford semenyih will need to buy at Mantin....

they are trying to maximise the profits

For the kind of pricing, 3-storey in TH is better bet due to

1) Location

2) Bigger BU

3) Name of Developer

Only thing that TS wins is they have dedicated Club House and backlane garden but if what you say about KL is true, the backlane swimming may look very different compared to when VP was given
