Better go for 3 stry Bangi avenue with buildup 2800++(if not mistaken) will launch around 600+k only. . .

What is the selling point for this project ?

Yes, 3 storeys. IMHO, quite pricy even for that.

With that price tag, i think many other deals in the area to look at.

oh...i rent out my house nearby yours at 1.1k. it is 3.x% yield only cry.gif

& the areas now got security when i collect rent and tenant said the residence plan for fence and guard.

Once the shop lot in ready. I think D'aimpian and nearby price will increase 5%. rclxms.gif

Yeah i saw the security at your Taman, very good to have. You must be happy with that. Hope some good makan shop come when the shoplots are ready.
