how to stop illegals cars from parking behind the road to serviced apartment?
last night was a long stretch and they walked pass the lobby into sw this is rubbish. why the guards not stopping it? all doors should be installed with tag access some drunkards walked into the lobby and sleep some trying to look for toilets |

very dodgy when it comes to big party with all sorts of people walking hanging around near R2 entrance
glad that they have locked the entrance to car park for security reason |

R2 area is a good spot for many
they use it to call and to talk away from loud music some treat it like their area conveniently walk in and out and to behind car park access tag is a solution only residents also please install one signboard now no sign board just install "RESIDENCE(BRIO)" right now no sign some people thought it is office |

the guard cannot let any cars to park inside without calling the residents to verify this otherwise any pariah just claim to know somebody or just call a unit and that's it enter for free after all RM 2 car park also want to save meh? |

could you discuss with bf to build walls/doors/windows surrounding their premises? this way they can just shut it and contain their loud music to their wishes their main objective is just business the louder the music the more happening hence the crowds keep buying beers look at awave. good example. their music is within their premises and is not as loud until residence blocks otherwise can they reduce their volume to a certain decibel? like max 60db? right now even before 1am is just way too loud it is like blasting from the live band singing the same songs on and off it is like they need it to pull crowds desperately even when it is heavy rain noise is still a main and major issue. i really wonder how residents can tolerate it? someone already highlighted during 2nd AGM the noise vibrated through R1 to R3 a123, on the car parking areas for visitors, it is not from visitors it is from the public who illegally park outside along the road behind residence blocks to get into sw commercial areas and cinema i'm sure you can see it again on 31 Dec the mother of all parties ending year 2013 for SW i voted for those staying in sw but it looks like more are nominated but not staying in sw when someone does not stay in sw, the priority will not be priority. not that they will not do a good job but those staying in sw can understand and experience the situation better than those not staying in sw i hope a123 can motivate the current new JMC team to work harder as every team needs a strong leader no. 1 priority to solve the noise issue and consistently work to improve security level at R1-R3 |

traffic quite smooth except bottleneck the bus station before persiaran wawasan which created the slow effect (the effect which many may think heading to sw) as buses and taxis stopped there
this is the secret to showing the effect of jam into an area |

yeah, lousy management of sw
i only know from this forum and fb other than this, nobody knows outside nobody know so it = dead it looks like we have to teach them how to do A&P step 1: put up banner below TGV and Celebrity Fitness on the mall outside facade step 2: advertise in the star step 3: done and maintain sp setia as leading developer |

let me share will all my findings from Grand Shanghai (GS)
it is actually quite empty in the sense that there is no branded food in there just ordinary food. sentul hokkien me not sure whether is nice if you were to compare with YTL Hutong, this GS is far far behind one of the key success is the food right now the pulling point is only the GS theme every outlet has limited seats yeah, nice place to walk, take pictures and they even have qipao(cheongsam) store where you can buy one and change for instant photo there surprisingly they even have phone shop there! what a joke! the RM 4.5 food? yes still can get but not wantan mee nasi lemak + chicken which is still cheaper than mamak! i think they need to pull in more branded food outlets like hutong the only thing i see attractive is the dim sum looks damn yummy from the menu but pricing is very high i think so for GS to sustain, need to have great food. if not then it is just to serve those before and after movies patrons since walking past or bypass if they take lift. look at one city impressive with jumping LED light big big signboard so many signboard telling cars to turn in but sw? nothing a fat sw which is lazy to do anything because they think they are number in great location |

and to those wanting to go there, no need to rush
wait first many still under renovation so you can hear knock knock sound here and there if you sit there eating hope no dust enter the food premises but environment is certainly great just need to have great branded food will try one by one outlet to check the taste |

actually it is really bad
for so long there is still no effort to provide signage to SW this is common sense so many are still asking how to enter sw some will resort to try and error and many mistakes and u turn they finally found it but not all have this patience just drive to usj 25. you can see many one city signboard lead to one city mct has done not a bad job and the building looks impressive from ldp and klia road sw is just a cheap building painted with yellow colour nothing else |
