Is it possible for UNIFI to come in SW?
So far I am bounded to 2 Years contract with TM, just don't known how to settle the contract if SW doesn't have UNIFI .

Ya nobody knows wat happen inside the poor building..
Poor signage board lead to the place
Poor marketing effort to promote the activities
But why I always see the place is so crowded at night?
If you study the Puchong map properly, you will understand why a lousy shopping mall like IOI Mall is so crowded nowadays.
Basically Puchong folks has no other choice to shop at place which is proximity to their living place without paying toll, they are trapped within 3 LDP tolls, furthermore one way in and one way out using LDP.
With the future upcoming VIVO City and The Wharf, the Puchong Population alone will ensure these few places happening as usual, irrespective you like it or not

As at todate, the entire KV has appro 130 shopping malls (old and new), with the high density in Puchong, shd hv at least 3/4 malls in place, the fact is only IOI Mall stand alone, look at following layout then you will understand why, most of the established malls are located on the north side, but southern KV is a huge mkt catchment where every mall operator is eying to capture, latest mega mall in the South are Bkt Jalil P2 and Putrajayar IOI City Mall.

Visited One City during the weekend, was a bit shocked with the condition there, most of the facilities were broken which is quite disappointing. e.g. the glass wrapping the glass lift broke, the buttons in the lift broken, the floor is flooded with leaves, etc etc... Went to the sky park (10th floor) which suppose to be the selling point of the place, hardly happening, noticed that the glass ceilings of the building weren't properly fenced which is very dangerous IMO. Don't think the place will be a new hit or drawing SW crowd for the moment...  unless there are major improvement to the condition & shops selection. The place doesn't looks like ready at all...

Only attrative point is it has a very large gym, theatre (dunno how was it) and soon a grocery & karoake in another building... All by the One City owner (I guess) based on the outlook. However, I doubt the management team for now...

Wondering what was the selling price of the One City SOHO that one of the forumer mentioned here?...

Any idea when is Redtick open??
The guard told me Redtick is only occupied the ground floor,
if true, would be very small supermarket.

who own beer factory lot? is it still sp setia? if yes maybe can change tenant
if not habis forever beer factory fellow running the place kill all blocks residents

don't understand why a name like sp setia cannot attract jaya grocer to come

this is the problem faced by mixed development projects...everything also got pro and cons..

i rather having a quiet environment than a noisy environment lo...dont u think the same way meh lol
