After purchasing the ros,  how to get the wings? Is it every of my characters will have the wings even the newky created characters?

Should be since it's account bound.
Although the wings are for those who pre-purchase RoS.
Assuming you get the key tomorrow, then it's no longer pre-purchase ? (i.e. since the game launches tomorrow as well).

IINM, you have until 30th March to activate RoS keys to be eligible for the wings.

ANd IIRC, every toon will have their own wings.

I have checked again this morning, all back to normal sub 200ms ping.
No more sprintlink, its now back to tinet and one is without name, but good 200ms ping.

Sorry, remember wrongly telia.net is the one that hit 400ms+ at night last time, it was tinet that is the good one.
The AS6453 route is the one that route through London,UK and hit 700ms+ during January.
