mcmc cant help due to you sign the contract and agree to all of what Yes YTL said,..

meaning, next time read all the T&C before u sign any contract  notworthy.gif
*
Wrong.. My contract doesn't state that I have to return the device.
I signed my contract on Dec 2013.

They revised the contract on June 2014, stating that "Yes FIZ Zoom device might require to be returned in the period of contract" or sth along that line and they didn't notify me with the new T&C.

I knew my device is only 1 year warranty and was aware of my contract is 2 years. However, the thing I didn't expect is they being so unethical.

1. Once the warranty period is over, they wouldn't consider RMA and repair. During warranty period, repair is possible.
It's like saying, if you buy an Apple iPhone, after 1 year your warranty is up. Apple tells you please buy a new iPhone as we don't support repairs. Is that fair you think?

2. They force you to pay RM320 and return old device. It's practically blackmail as you can't stop using Yes FIZ as it's under 2 years contract. You can't get a third party device from outside or even another Yes FIZ Zoom from other old users that is not using their Zoom anymore.

If I tell you your Unifi change the T&C tomorrow saying "If TM found you using a 3rd party router, we have the right to suspend your account". And they have all the right to change the T&C tomorrow legally as long they notify you. Will you feel furious?

Did you try to connect it via a LAN cable? The WiFi module in it seems to be very fragile. My friend's black Zoom and my loaned white FIZ modems have the same exact symptom.

It's stuck in the boot loop where all lights are turned on. Plugging in LAN cable at that stage would yield no ping response.

Anyway that spoilt thing is back to Yes already.
Now they changed to a smaller Yes Zoom with worse wifi coverage.

if u did read from beginning of this thread,

you should know YTL Yes implent a very unfair rip off contract plus T&C,..

so i guess after u sign the contract, you are equally been blackmail legally,.

i wont sign Up this kind of Contract or unfair T&C at all,.
