Galleria phase 1, electricity is not available and facilities are not fully completion, only few security guards but has no any cleaner employed yet. However, the developer said the project is completed and key can be collected and maintenance is starting to run.

As a tenant, i really like to stay at Galleria. Very good place to stay with cheaper rental.

WARNING:

Guys, dont ever purchase any property from this irresponsible developer GOB. Springville Residence, located just next to Equine Boulevard was a lousy end product completed by them. Most of the unit sold at the price of RM 500-650K but the quality of the development only equalised with RM 300K.

In less than 2 years,

1. Building paint faded badly
2. Basketball court flooring defect
3. Tennis court flooring defect
4. Swimming pool wooden decks not installed properly causing uneven flooring
5. Common area roof structure rusted
6. Common bathroom defect
7. Guard house design defect
8. Main entrance waterfall defect
9. Leaking everywhere in common area
10. Lift issues

GOB promised to rectify all the common defects within the stipulated DLP period within the 2 years. However, nothing has been fix from the date of handover since 2016 until now. Developer have many perfect land location in Equine Park but they have totally tarnish their own reputation by providing such a lousy product with such a high price. Even Zeva lots cheaper price also tend to have a better impression towards quality. Poor management ever and they take too lightly for all the complaints being lodged. Personally I dont think the developer will be able to sell anymore in the future if they still dont take any action to settle all the outstanding issue with the previous development

Visited one unit last month, decided to kick from my list because compared with other studio, this considered far from upcoming MRT stations.

No doubt Equine Park projects are truly interesting. It’s a fairly mature neighbourhood with everything there (banks, Starbucks, McD...)

But from same price point of view (currently Galleria 2 is selling at RM550psf) I think they are better purchases out there.
Those who bought Equine Residence also same la. Even more disturbing is I heard Adrian Wee promoting ER, which really baffles me.
Equine Residence : RM570-650psf
Galleria 2 : RM530psf
Zeva Residence: RM616psf
Trion 888 : RM740psf 🙄🙄🙄
Between all these upcoming projects, the “safest” bet is Galleria 2 in my opinion. Those who are buying at RM600psf and above will not make much money in the next 5 years.
You won’t lose money buying them but you won’t make much money too. Probably that’s why he recommend it to his followers?

But hey, for those who buy Galleria 2 for own stay, after climbing the slope, there’s McD at the end.
Probably is good for McD to do advertisement like this.

I think the layout is very boring , cook , eat , sleep , shit in the same room. XD. The developer at least make it one room ma...This is equine not kl. If kl the layout like this I can underdtand la.....

it's really a pain in the butt, having commit all your hard earned money and getting this type of crap. i almost buy their galleria 2, but never proceed when going there personally and checking out its neigboring with old worn down low cost flats. plus, its quite a distance to walk to both MRT2 stations, S31 & S32.

u can google Galleria equine park and should manage to find a lot..
Galleria only has half basketball court, but from the picture, it seems there is another court besides.
For the shower room, try compare the wall tiles.
