Total units : 500+ (2 Blocks)
Size : 450sqf and 760sqf
Carpark : 1 or 2 depending on floor
Price : from RM250k to RM450k.

since when Equine park need so many small studios unit

heehee...since a 3 bedder would not cost anything below RM450k now?
I guess developers cut the cake smaller to cater for the affordabilty factor. Now singles and just married...go stay in studios.
As your family get bigger baru think about getting a proper condo.

last week check with SA, whole project remain 30-40%

means all left is studio units ... i think being in equine park which mostly occupied by families, studios are still new there .. no one willing to snap it ..

Why 760 selling fast?

cuz i see the trend in equine is all small families, studio ain their style plus not much office there to elevate the studio purchase or rentals .. so the larger units get taken up faster

This area will it goes beyond 600psf in the future?
