still any studio unit available? anyone knows the price?

visited the sales office yesterday, there are few studio unit left. hard to make decision of buying or not buying. Don't know how is the market in 2016, easy to let or to rent out? any idea?

any buyer here? buying for investment or own stay?

Galleria phase 1, electricity is not available and facilities are not fully completion, only few security guards but has no any cleaner employed yet. However, the developer said the project is completed and key can be collected and maintenance is starting to run.
