It was designed by Necere and Wahaha360 from hardforum.com, then manufactured by Lian Li. Most probably one time production only campaign.

Drool, what a beauty! Moar pictures please!
For some stupid reason the parcel is en route to US then only will ship it back to Malaysia, my bad.

I still haven't buy the parts, so far the stuffs i already have are Swiftech H220 and SSD drive, planning to buy the upcoming AMD Kaveri if the review is good, otherwise might pick i5 4670k, Asrock Z87 ITX and R9 290.

What stuffs do you wanna load up in this beast? thumbup.gif
Btw, mind to check whether it's possible to put in another dual/single 120mm rad + fans on the bottom?

Same here, don't have any of the parts yet. I'm thinking Intel Xeon E3-1230 v3 since I'm running dual Xeons on my main rig. Will be using a GTX660 from my main rig too.

Unfortunately the only radiator I have at the moment is a AX480. Sorry bro. I have a fanless build in mind, maybe external desk mounted radiator to prevent dust buildup.

Dual Xeons on your main rig, wow! that's something! shocking.gif
and AX480, it's a beast! blink.gif
but with fanless system by external desk mounted radiator, wouldn't that defeat the purpose of mITX?

unfortunately, this is one time only production campaign and it's outsold pretty fast, maybe you can keep an eye on ebay or who knows, maybe they would decide to mass produce it in future time. smile.gif

The rig will be taken overseas all the time, so a quick disconnect and external radiator will make it very easy to drain and transport the system.
The AX480 is in my main rig, but I'll probably use a AX240 for this little rig.

edit: anyone other than Lucassss received their case yet?

Yeah, suppose to be that way. The excuse customs used was that the casing without computer parts in it should be treated as some sort of aluminum container instead of computer part. I sent them web contents printed out from ncase.com, many calls for argument, after a week then only they release the item, such a pain in the ass.

According to the discussion from the link, seems like there were few similar cases too.

Yesterday itchy hand already assemble the casing.
I notice the noisiest component is the power supply.

I wonder anyone did manage to put in a fanless PSU into the casing or not.

The silverstone SFX PSU. Now seriously considering the fanless ATX PSU if it can fit into the casing.
Might need to change GPU to ASUS mini CU series if want to use fanless ATX PSU.

Can't find them in Malaysia but they are available in Amazon USA and it delivers to Malaysia.

The new SX600-G should be quieter than ST45SF-G. And the fan will turn off if use less than 10%.

Im going to water cool the M1. brows.gif

Really finger cross with my choice of wc parts. sweat.gif

Since I don't do overclocking, air cooling is sufficient already for me.
Just wanted a quiet PC when I am not playing game.

A comparison of casings I have. From left to right Silverstone Raven RVZ1, Silverstone SG03 Aluminium, NCase M1, Johnsbo V3+.

Its a crowd funded project.
You have to wait for the 3rd batch which no one knows when.

However you can ask the owner on the project to see he got extra unit or not.
Here is the link for the original source for the project.

Went to viewnet on Saturday. No luck.

Anyway I am still considering either SX600 or fanless PSU.
I can change my GPU to Asus GTX760 mini to accommodate the space for PSU.

I got mine from hikari on sunday. Got very low scraping sound like the fan scraping the grill. Also got chirping sound when the fan is about to start. Only when i put my ears close to the intake. No coil hum heard so far. The fan is absurdly cheap-ass for such an expensive PSU.

Add 1 more, the fan doesnt stop when started after 15mins, that means the internal temperature probably already exceeded 45c. Not really semi-fanless, just delayed the fan start only tongue.gif. Eventually the fan has to start due to the internal temp exceed 45c.

Oh wait, hikari is selling the SX600? Don't see it mentioned on the WTS page...

Do you have a pic of the cable set that comes with the PSU? I might pick one up if the slim cable set suits the routing path in the case better than going with sleeved cables.

Many thanks for your feedback.

Looks like hot Malaysia weather will cause the fan to always turn on.
I will start planning for a fanless ATX power supply for a quiet PC.

Finally I have finish fitting my Ncase with fanless ATX power supply.
Lucky mt VGA card still have like 2mm gap before touching the PSU casing. Save my money to buy another smaller VGA card. smile.gif

Fits nicely. The long power cables would need trimming in later stage.

That HS Code 8473.30.5100 carry 0% import duty, but 6% GST is confirm for Malaysia's inbound tax...excluding process fees of your appointed courier company.
Hopes that help...

They don't have distributor in Malaysia. Best to order directly from their site or if someone is letting go their order.

Keep me updated also. I will file dispute on 15th if i dont get any respond. They mentioned on 7th will do shipping. Tracking no is given between 2-3 days after ship. They also mentioned after pp cleared payment. Confusing la.

Better buy Asus Rog g20 for peace of mind like that.

Cable management isn't the best in the case, but you can do a lot more with black cable ties around the bottom or the top of the case, there are a lot of holes to tie your cables to.

The Silverstone SX600G PSU cables also should help quite a bit as they are pretty slim.

Which GPU? I once had a reference 290X in the case, and it fit just fine. Was really messy with WC tubing though, so it got replaced with a GTX 970 in the end.

if u looking for silent psu

do consider the Silverstone SX500-LG over the 600 watts unit

it running 12 cm fan, setoff is: it will be 3 cm wider & 100 watt lesser

i read many complaints about sfx 600w,whining issue, but never had chance to try one myself...since sfx 500w-L using bigger fans,i think no issues for noise...

only experienced using sfx 450w version 1.0,got whining...later rma n replaced with version 2.0,problem settled.

Not quite the final build, as I've added dust filters to the radiator fans, and tucked away the radiator fan cables + the front panel cables away into corners to make them less visible.

Using a 450W 2.0 here. It still have some rare coil noise though.

The fan isn't great, but the numerous reports on the fan noise I've heard aren't really present in my machine (unless I use a 290X on load, and even then the 290X fan still stays louder than it).

Some of the silent PC guys on HardOCP did remove the SFX PSU fan and replaced it though, try checking the HardOCP thread for more info on that.

gpu will bend slightly with the sfx-leven if used with a v4 case. UNLESS your gpu does not have a back plate?

I got the case recently and haven't got the time to move my stuff over from Elite130.

Just wondering which CPU cooler will be the best for the case?

So far I've only found the Noctua LH-C14. Replace the 140mm with 120mm so can use 2 fans on side panel. Anyone had experience with it?

I have:
i5 3570K
Asus Z77-I
980Ti Ref.
CM Seidon 120V (Plan to ditch water so I can bring the rig onto aircraft cabin)

The C14 is your best bet with air cooling in this case. Even then, it's not ideal due to not being able to use the 140mm fan.

If you want better results, you're gonna have to use a 240mm radiator. The Swiftech H220 will fit easily, XSPC EX240 should be okay as well, but the EK Coolstream PE240 needs a lot of work (and preferably 1/2" OD tubing) to fit in. If you can manage the PE though, it's going to be the best radiator you can stuff in IMHO.

I OCed on a CM GeminII, but only managed 4.0Ghz comfortably, I'm guessing the C14 will do much better that that. Currently my Seidon give me 4.4Ghz.

I don't know what's OD tubing or PE... haha! I've looked at the H220, and things like bracket for the GPU, but I think I'm going to want to bring my rig into a plane, and I don't want any problem with airport security deny me from bringing in anything liquid.

Yeah..arrived at malaysia dy but pending post.

The problem with full atx psu is it will take space of the gc..so your option is limited to 10cm length gc i think.

The latest one v2 sfx psu got no problems i heard. But yeah quite expensive.

I suggest you buy the mini itx gc..but the fan quite loud under load.

well i make it pushing outside my case so the hot air will not remain inside. now i have two (2!) aio in that case (nepton and h55) damn it was tight fit. probably will change all of that to air cooling.

definitely 2 fan (push pull mode) cannot fit. in theory you could do that by modding the case but it will be fugly.

i too eyeing the noctua cooler to cool my cpu but will do it much later.

I see, I suppose your setup will be quieter compared to fully air? My NV reference cooler is really loud lol.

Im not sure about the quietness cause my environment quite loud so i guess my setup is not that quiet. My psu sometimes making some noise but only for a moment so not bothering me much. This case is the most challenging case i come across. But worth it smile.gif

Nice temps! My CPU around 65c and GPU at... ref cooler temp LOL. Can you put another 3.5" HDD below that GPU?

What did you get from Lazada?? I thought the site jack up the price and bring it down looking like discount.

Skylake! worth the wait I guess...

Yup,before this i put my 3.5 inch hd below the gc. The temp quite scary tho (idle at 50 degree lol). Change to 2.5 inch and mounted it at the front and im a happy man biggrin.gif

I bought the corsair h55 (price after discount rm156), silverstone sfx 600watt (price after discount rm446) and bunch of casing fans noctua brand at lazada. The catch is you need to wait for this items..like a week or so.

Your cpu temp using stock cooler?i guess with case like this you need an aftermarket cooler. Rm200 can get very good cpu cooler already.

Yeah..skylake...very want to buy but no money lol

Yeah, before I move my 3.5" to the side panel, it was like 60C while on gaming! I guess I'll get a 2.5" too once I get my hands on the NH-C14.

I'm using Seidon 120V for my CPU, 65C @ 4.2GHz while gaming. I'm pretty sure NH-C14 cannot match that.

Those are pretty good price you get from Lazada, guess I need to keep an eye on them more often now. Thanks for the tips. Any idea what's the RMA policy?

Ah..65c while gaming is good i think. But mine rarely like that unless playing project cars. What game do you play?

I think you need a lot of case fans to pair with the nhc14, so that the hot air is push out more quickly. I suggest 2 90mm fans intake below the case and 1 90mm fan exhaust rear of the case.

Luckily i dont need to rma my items yet but what i know is you need to send back the item to the seller to rma. You dont contact lazada for this. The seller contact can be found on the receipt/invoice so make sure you didnt lose it.

Sorry, wrong info. That is if fan on full speed. Usually doing 72C at comfortable speed lol. Playing BF4.

I already got 2x 120mm intake below my case. Thinking of just the 2x 120mm at the side panel for intake after getting the NHC14.

Which HDD did you pick up? I'm thinking of a 1TB Hitachi 7200rpm to supplement my current 0.5GB SSD, but I don't know how reliable are they, or Seagate/WD/Samsung.

Remember seeing that on hardforum a year ago I think. Was ~1cm thick fans and a very slim radiator used.

Found another one: http://www.overclock.net/t/1537967/build-l...or-watercooling

I've changed my CPU cooling, surprisingly the NH-C14 is as cool as the Seidon 120V, considering I'm only using a 120 fan pushing air in.

You can't unless someone selling it second-hand. You have to order it online through the official website, the case will ship (sea or air) out from Taiwan.
