the kit lens is jus fine.. jus mayb the aperture abit small.. very versatile, sharpness is ok maybe abit flat

but again if u got the money get a prime, for f1.8 there are sony 35mm, sony 50mm, zeiss 24mm, zeiss 32mm or sigma 19mm, 30mm f2.8 or if u need wide angle zeiss 12mm f2.8

after i tried sel35f18 i never touch my kit lens anymore..

jus abit flat, wash out color, not that sharp etc 

lens no tax. but may be subjected to custom paperwork and clearance / processing fees about RM50/- if via pos laju/ DHL and the rest of the couriers may add more to make up the cheap freight you pay at the other side.. they call it handling charge.

there are few, ranging from rm80 up to 2k... each price range introduce diff features.

well, just understand some common sense.... as long as your attached lens is not big and heavy causing stress to the adapter/mount, then it should be fine. not saying it cant handle big lens, its up to how you handle the lens/adapter/body as one piece.
