you say "win", implying that bigger screen = better. I personally prefer the smaller form factor of the Nexus 5. Slightly smaller display but much smaller body compared to the Note 3.

no there is NO difference at all, except when u install more RAM

unless the device has more than 4gb of RAM, the difference won't be noticeable to the average users.

its not launch yet. so we wait and see. personally my humble opinion, 64bit will unleashed the true potential of android.
