If you don't like their package, please terminate your line after 2 years once you finish the contract.
Then subscribe by using mobile broadband with quota limit.

That's simple. Because TM know everybody want their plan because TM is the one one with unlimited quota + channels.
You must accept whenever what program channel release from Hyptv there.

Even through the EPL is coming, you end up need to subscribe n pay more than 200++ expensive plan because of subscribe for that.
So do you think it is worth for you?

Some people throw away that hpptv set up box , n buy the Android TV Box. You can watch whole worldwide channels (more than hyytv channels).

Anyway, you can give suggestions to TM. But if let say TM don't listen to our customer's need and wants, end up more and more customers leave from TM and back to maxis fiber + Astro.

TM will no choice and sure will take this EPL inside the sports. So let's see how the TM grow in the future.

I think it's impossible unless u change your streamyx plan to RM140 (if I'm not mistake for the monthly charge), but still 4mbps.
But I can say it's not worth you get this hypptv under 4mbps, coz your internet speed still not fast enough. Unless you can go over for 8mbps or unifi.

I believe your streamyx is under coolunipack, am I right?
I don't think TM officer will approve you, unless you email them got the proof statement.
Verbal communication cannot trust one coz they can easily changes the decisions from their sides.

Besides if change to normal packages, tied contract again 2 years. Since your house only support 4mbps, then just wait until your unifi or 8mbps streamyx available in your area.

Is it possible subscribe the Unifi without the hypptv?
Useless to take that as I just need the internet only.

Some-more I think the hypptv not purely free one although it's "free" channels.
I heard my friend say the TM bill format is separated, unifi price + hypptv price (the channels are "free")

I think you still able to do replacement even through your set up box warranty is over.
However this replacement only applicable for those customer don't have tied any contract.
So if you want to do for the replacement devices, then your account will tied your contract again (meaning renew contract additional 2 years with same monthly package).

That's really troublesome.. no customization one..
The house phone sometimes it's useful.. ONLY Focus call TM 100 complain them if your internet has some trouble.. (Free of charge)
If you use mobile call to TM 100, high call rate charges will apply.. (Except for Webe mobile plan)

However the problem is the Hypptv, my house don't have big screen TV display.. Nowadays use ipad or laptop watch movie. Who gonna to use this TV big screen to watch movies? (Some-more TV not cheap at all... ) Unless you wanna to create home theater/projectors, that is another story..

That one the Jumbo pack seems like no much channels at all, semi-ROJAK TV same as Asstro..

It's depend on you, your risk and your budget..

If you think buy android box cost too high (lump sum pay one-time off for android box), then go ahead upgrade huawei brand.. (renew contract applied - Pls check with TM careline)

However if you upgrade the huawei brand, I think you can do some DIY for software...

After you check this huawei brand n feel complicated for the software (takut mati take the risk ), then go ahead android box (you are free for the contract from TM )

Anyway, I saw some improvement of Hypptv.
But kinda their marketing strategies really poor.

Suddenly comes out new broadband package, then suddenly drop off the package.
Although existing customer complain about unfair treatment, but this is reality.
When you sign the agreement, that's the contract. No matter you like or don't like.
If still don't like, pls go others broadband service.

There are other broadband service provider.
There is no loyalty "existing" customers, but only loyalty for "new" customers.

24 hours never off hypptv box might be have chance become faulty.
But if change hypptv box is free, then ok for it since you pay rm53 to get new hypptv box.

No wonder I suddenly realize All FOX suddenly disappear on playtv apps. I though it is a bug apps issued.
If FOX taken out, then force us take Ultimate pack with add on RM30..
