Just sharing my experience.
My old STB kaput. Bought second hand from one of the forumer.
Call 100 to unbind my old STB and new STB as per guide posted in this forum. Sadly the CS guy like blur only and insisted it cannot be done over the phone. He repeatedly said that TM technician must come to my house to setup. After about 10 minutes I hang up.
Try TM live chat. Type my intentions to unbind both STB. Less than 5 minute
Done. Can enjoy the new STB. Seems live chat CS better technical understanding.

i got an old hypptv box for sale but no remote

anyone experience the hyptv stb not able to display full screen on 4k tv (image size only about 90% of the screen and surrounded with black bar)?

Does anyone know how to earth to watch Hyptv on Chrome? It keeps saying browser does not support the player after clicking play.

But then when I open on IE, it just shows me a white page. Cant even login. I'm on IE 11 in Windows 10. Want to watch it on PC easier with big screen.

kennot do that bro. HyppTV on web use WebTV plugin only ie 11 supported. need to install that first before can view anything.

It looks like HyppTV block mirroring function? I tried to use Samsung Note 4 mirroring HyppTV onto the Samsung smart TV but got the error "playback error due to output blocking"

one must use hyppeverywhere app direct on suitable box or tv with androidtv for it to work.

I think that I have a solution for that.
1. Go to the home page.
2. Launch the Setting app (the gear one).
3. Select Display and Sound.
4. Under the "Change Image Position" section, adjust the Left, Right, Top, and Bottom to 0 (all to the left side).

It works for me. Thank you!
