 mouth ulcers, how to get rid of it?

Even if them healed, for sometimes later maybe like a month, ulcer will back.
I have apply some jelly-like medicine which recommended by doctor on it, and it works. However they will still return constantly.
How to get rid of it besides drink more water? cry.gif its torturing me,now 3 ulcer inside my mouth, all in the joint part, hardly open my mouth or eat, had eaten porrige for 4days already sweat.gif sweat.gif

use la bonjela. get it from pharmacy. try it. n everyday kumur with listerine. =)

TRy using Bactidol to rinse ur mouth.. Once in the morning and b4 u sleep, both after u brush ur teeth and make sure u dont rinse ur mouth after u rinse with Bactidol. Take vitamin c. Apply bonjela also will help.

Things that hurt a lot tend to do a better job...
Gargle with salt water...

Tried listerine, weird but worse result as the ulcer cant recover.
I am having sore throat now, just now when i burhs my teeth, got blood. Wondering if it is mouth cancer sweat.gif

My mouth also always get ulcers. What i do is, i use salt and apply on it. Then drink more water a day. Put the salt on ulcer for a while, then use use hot water and put in some salt then use to wash ur mouth.

Another unusual tip would be using instant coffee powder to be applied to the affected area, it is said that the instant thingy is able to kill the virus. Long term solution will be enhancing your own immune system, de-stress yourself, get enough sleep, well hydrated, a more balanced diet (depending on your body type).

usually i'll increase vit C dosage, say 2-3 oranges/day for consecutive 3 days or so, of coz, at the same time keeping mouth clean after meals..

i used to use salt water but not really useful for me....now i just drink A LOT of water when i get ulcers....will be cured in 2-3 days....
