Yes they r stil havin roadshow at banks n supermarket on flexis.. surprisingly stil got units. Maybe dropout units/loan rejected units.

Ya they are still selling flexi but not the duplex. Is selling flexi shop.

why selling hot cake, this is not the first project selling hot cake in klang valley. In my mind selling hot cake property recently like,

Petalz, Fennel, Anyaman , i might left some. But these 3 projects i mention is more than rm 600 per sqf.

Greenz lowest floor rm 470++, so will you go to buy. Because each floor increase 3000 , the high floor become rm 550++.

One south location still not that bad, near the high way. because near the high way also the disadvantage. So you have to justify buy or not buy.

The rental at that area rm 1,800 - RM 2,000++, parc and gardenz definately rental rm 2,500++ full furnish.

Sticker game i don't think will apply on one south, unless the price asking for rm 600 per sqf.

But for 1 thing one south when selling the unit got the trick, they open the low floor first for example 1 - 7 floor if sold out then only open 8 - 15, after and so on.

agree. Comparatively, onesouth is one of the reasonable psf at the recent launching despite the leasehold and sandwiched by two highways factor. Own stayer and investors are going for it.

What about this project nearby Dream City, i recently bought 1 unit, I want to know about this Greenz, from what i see it's more congested and jam to go home there also mix development very noisy.
