One South, the latest mixed development in Seri Kembangan, Selangor, comprising shop offices, service apartments and office towers, are set to tap on its strategic location. In a recent article published in TheEdge Malaysia, week of 14 December 2009, Seri Kembangan was described 'as a property hot spot with upside potential' by Jerome Hong, managing director of PA International Property Consultants (KL). Also in the article, Victor Lim, managing director of iProp Realty Sdn Bhd, said that 'the value of commercial properties in Seri Kembangan has improved due to the rapid population growth and good road network.'

Recognising this tremendous potential, developer Hua Yang Berhad has planned One South in Seri Kembangan as a massive 17.89-acre project with a gross development value of RM750 million. Its first planned phase will offer 384 units of shop offices built along a street mall concept where work intermixes with play. With built-up areas from 479 - 2,100 sq ft, prices of its office units and retail lots start from RM350 per sq ft and RM750 per sq ft respectively.
