Ownstay- yes if you dont mind stay with M/E ppl around, very sure it wil flooded with those students/workers around. Moreover, It's very high density with Parc&Gardenz/flexis and now Greenz and future office suites..
Investment - yes also if you dont mind rent to them, I rather look for quality tenants/expat for rental game. but in this location, Soho/Studio still yet proven and It might attract some expat/professionals only if the one South Street mall is "Ong" and well performed and managed in future.

Personally just dont like any project facing highways. Wont lets myself stay somewhere near highway, so dusty n noisy not only from street mall, but highways..

other cons like leasehold & commercial title.

With all the freebies, dibs/ high rebates this n that, i'm sure most of the buyers 80-90% are investors, 3years later VP if the economy doing well "fortunately", stil need to fight with so many units of owner for rental and flippings...
