Windows Phone 8.1 Core has finished today
So, WP 8.1 will only be announced at BUILD, but we have to wait a week to get our hands on it

Trying to find financial / expense tracking app? There's MoneyZoom (currently using it), Toshl Finance, and many others..

tried Toshl Finance before but trial version is too limited. i never pay for an apps btw

MoneyZoom is free. And why never pay for an app?

i can see WP slowly but surely catching up with 2nd place IOS

the most interesting feature is Universal Windows App, one app for all devices (phone, tablet, pc, xbox)

too bad lumia 930 don't have microsd slot

Here Drive Plus GPS Navigation app coming free to ALL Windows Phone 8.1 handsets

On their blog Nokia revealed the Here Drive + GPS Navigation app will be coming free to all Windows Phone 8.1 handsets.

The app will support free voice guided car navigation in 97 countries, and support Windows Phones from all OEMs.

Nokia also announced updates to HERE Maps, HERE Drive+ and HERE Transit better.

First they updated the way you see our maps in all apps. In select countries you can now see buildings in 3D, in addition to realistic 3D landmarks that help you orientate yourself in a city. They have also updated aerial images so that you can zoom in even more and see more details.

In HERE Maps you can now use two fingers gestures to rotate the map in the direction you prefer and tilt it to activate the 3D mode.

In Here Drive+ you can now also long press anywhere on the map to set your destination.

The updates will be automatically available when users install Windows Phone 8.1.

this is good man for both microsoft and windows phone

also windows phone user doesnt have to feel indifferent anymore while lepaking with their android buddies

While I'm happy that other phone users will be glad to have HERE MAP, I feel bad for Nokia like they got the short end of the stick. They did so much for WP, got sold with a relatively low price and all the stuffs they did were given to other OEM for their WP....sorta sucks

Windows Phone 8.1 looks good. But could do without the lame convo with Cortana in the demo video. I'm talking about the "Tell me a joke", "I love you" nonsense
