Ya the website response is very fast actually. The service center representative called within 5mins after the fb representative replied.
Overall they are quite reasonable and professional. Just that now I doubt they have good technicians to do the jobs. They have 2 technicians only. So I might opt for the other technician for this time.

Will bring in the piece for them to inspect. They agreed can change whole new piece if i require them. They even agree to my request to do any dismantling in front of me. so..will see later this week, when i have time to go over.


Well for Ball watch owners, according to the technician, mechanical watches needs to be serviced every 3years. Recommended.
First 3years servicing is FOC, but need to put there 1month.

They will dismantle everything, clean, oil them and put back in. This will increase the accuracy of the watch. To my surprise, ball mechanical watch generally have +/-10sec a day. First time owning a mechanical watch.

Some series with the accuracy cert, has higher accuracy, -4 +6sec/day (if not mistaken). After doin some research, actually there are ways to slow down or make your watch faster, while you are asleep.

Their Chronometer models are quite attractive priced after discount.

Got myself the 125 years limited edition.

Finally, after 5 years of working, i have got myself the 1st Ball watch. I have always wanted to own a Ball watch, I could afford it, but the struggle is to convince myself to spend on something which is more of desire rather than necessity.
I have purchaae the Ball Marvelight from the Ball Concept store in One Utama. Here are the photos:



Just for info, the salesperson inform that the Ball watches purchase from the Concept store will enttitled for 5 years warranty (instead of 3 years) after the online regiatration.

Yes. The Ball concept store just opened in 2016. Any purchase there will be given extended warranty up to 5 years.
