crap....really regret getting this watch.

first, the bazel does not align with the 12, ok they replaced the whole case for me.

Now realize they bent my second hand,

Ya the website response is very fast actually. The service center representative called within 5mins after the fb representative replied.
Overall they are quite reasonable and professional. Just that now I doubt they have good technicians to do the jobs. They have 2 technicians only. So I might opt for the other technician for this time.

Will bring in the piece for them to inspect. They agreed can change whole new piece if i require them. They even agree to my request to do any dismantling in front of me. so..will see later this week, when i have time to go over.


Well for Ball watch owners, according to the technician, mechanical watches needs to be serviced every 3years. Recommended.
First 3years servicing is FOC, but need to put there 1month.

They will dismantle everything, clean, oil them and put back in. This will increase the accuracy of the watch. To my surprise, ball mechanical watch generally have +/-10sec a day. First time owning a mechanical watch.

Some series with the accuracy cert, has higher accuracy, -4 +6sec/day (if not mistaken). After doin some research, actually there are ways to slow down or make your watch faster, while you are asleep.

stupid bazel plate just fell off my hunley. workmanship so poor. send in for warranty, 3month still cannot get.

worse thing is, i asked them to service the watch. When i collect it, there are dust inside the watch face, and they scratched the case back.

They can't even open the watch properly. now complaint to HK office. god knows what damage they made on my movement.
