Just a word on the ball aero GMT dials.

Reviews on watch u seek mentioned that the inner hour hand is quarter inch too short.

The regular hand covers it.

I think this inner GMT hand is designed to point to the inner 0-24 numbers. Use that as GMT time, it remains the same wherever you go, no adjustment needed.

The regular hour hand should be your home country. That also no adjustment needed.

The rotating bezel can easily be adjusted to any destination city time zone. You use the inner hour hand to read that.

I think this is ingenious as I don't have to fumble with the knob ever!

Am I doing it right?

Looks like it use curve spring bar design. If so, aftermarket strap is not workable. Hv to order from AD / Ball.

looks almost straight to me.
the shadow of case on strap makes it look more curved than it really is.

anyway, curved end strap doesn't necessarily mean curved bars.
there are straps made with curved ends and uses normal bars like from hirsch.

but yea, if it's factory strap, obviously best place is ask Ball Malaysia.

Cosc vs non cosc. If it is not a Rolex, omega or Tudor, I doubt the cert adds Any value. More of siok sendiri.

Wish I had bought ball before price increase...

Grand Seiko doesn't need any certificate but perform better than COSC standard. Maybe you shd also consider Grand Seiko next.

If I want 100% accuracy, just look at my phone watch! Happy with my ball...so far. Only wish the 24 hr hand were red like Rolex!

Try look at this if red hand is your preference. Miles cheaper than Rolex but good quality for its price.
