The AMX 13 90 is a more flexible tank, I feel, especially if you don't use premium/gold rounds.

T69 relies too much on premium rounds to shine properly.

Russian TD (ISU-Line): Big boomsticks (BL-10 is legendary), subpar accuracy, relatively slow, has hax camo.

Russian TD (SU-101 Line): Mobile, subpar guns, acts more like turretless mediums, hax camo

French TD: High penetration cannons, relatively mobile, troll frontal armour.

If by addons you mean equipment, the usual for TDs apply: Gun Rammer, Gun Laying Drives, Vents/Camo. For skills, Sixth Sense is a must, and Camo usually a close second.

Basically anything that helps you shoot faster and aim faster, since the point of a TD is carrying a big gun.

Nope, as in WoT addons. I've been playing vanilla, but people told me there's addons to be used like WoW.
