just got IS-3. any advice on using pike nose? specifically for turning around corners. is it a good idea to just poke out at 90 degree angle with that hull?

IS3 play a bit like T34/T29/T32. Turret armor is the best.
at corner need to be carefull. 90 degree still can hit your front wheel.

Also i just read the wotnews. hopefully they don't nerf it too badly

suggest you research the BL-9 and turret ASAP/

until then i plan to hide n snipe. my teammates will hate me lol

dont have too. the stock turret still can bounce effectively

there is so much u can do if ur team are morons..

Well. I hope I can get my T57 HT before they nerf it. Although come to think of it, I'm grinding the AMX 50B as well so I have two autoloader tanks...

The idea of giving more xp to those that scout and damage more really do help. For me at least.

face straight to enemy, do not angle (but the hull not that strong, if i in any tier 8 heavies, i will aim at around the 2 boxes at front, and manage to penetrate quite often, best to hull down)

go out 90 degree from corner u will get ammo rack IS3 ammor rack position at frontal both side

Actually I'd suggest you load some gold. 175mm pen isnt that good at T8. and since the gun is kinda inaccurate anyway get up close to the enemy and derp their weakspots and flank like mg ports etc.

if there are small bumps you can use them for hulldown position as your turret is strong.

when turning corners be very careful as your pike will be flat if you turn at a right angle and the enemy will almost certainly pen you.
