http://www.badassoftheweek.com/wittman.html
"...High Command offered to give Wittman a chance to retire and work in Berlin as a tank instructor but Wittman refused, stating that his duty was to engage the enemy. He had asses to kick, goddamnit..." The reason for my admiration for Tiger, and although the 'article' is written with full of bollocks and mockery, there are some truths behind the legend of Michael Wittmann Just for fun read, not intended to spark Nazism, Fascism, heart full of patriotism of the Vaterland, etc |

nice grub fest saturday. but was only me, prom, illu and misaki. don't know what happened to the other SSDA peeps. or they were incognito =/
just got IS-3. any advice on using pike nose? specifically for turning around corners. is it a good idea to just poke out at 90 degree angle with that hull? This post has been edited by ravira3: Sep 23 2013, 10:51 AM |

IS3 play a bit like T34/T29/T32. Turret armor is the best. at corner need to be carefull. 90 degree still can hit your front wheel. |

QUOTE(ravira3 @ Sep 23 2013, 12:49 PM) Actually I'd suggest you load some gold. 175mm pen isnt that good at T8. and since the gun is kinda inaccurate anyway get up close to the enemy and derp their weakspots and flank like mg ports etc. if there are small bumps you can use them for hulldown position as your turret is strong. when turning corners be very careful as your pike will be flat if you turn at a right angle and the enemy will almost certainly pen you. |
