Wonder why Proton didn't use inspira seats for their preve and suprima.

because is nappa leather. expensive.
and need to build in air bag thing, cannot direct plug in.

Not sure about the leather at suprima seat.
logically can, but vendor wanna do or not, what is the cost to do it, than different story.
Proton din produce those part, all took from vendor.

haha if only Proton vendor can do better, the current Suprima and Preve seat is not too bad either though

May be you are the owner. I sat on my friend's car for malacca trip, the seat is acceptable to me haha

common issue of the seat is fabric quality not good.
and noise from inside the seat.
Many has claim the seat including me.

noise from inside the seat? hmm, i didn't experience that when i sat in my friend car haha. Claim warranty for the whole seat?

i see. I thought is the comfy side but if i remember correctly there were people who complained about back pain after prolong driving

the let owner claim whole seat at the beginning, but recent become just change the cover.
Only will replace whole seat if necessary.
While comfort, its not the best but its acceptable.
The car is more toward to speed and handling. While inspira is pure comfort.

Anthracite leather. OEM for BMW, mercedes etc.

Oh i see. I think the management realise too costly to change the whole seat and many owners are turning up to change haha.

I had a persona before i bought my suprima,
differences : persona lower than suprima.
FC : about the same (100% city + alot traffic light persona slightly better)
Maintenance : Persona more straight forward. Suprima need give a little more attention.
Ride: although Suprima sit higher, but it is slightly better than Persona. (Persona ride and handles is no joke)
performance modification : persona no limit, suprima limited.
turning radius : suprima better.
Engine noise : persona is much louder, i do experience the same driver side noise only. Somehow its so incredible that once u shift your head over to passenger side, u hear nothing... Suprima is more on CVT and stock Tire sound ( achilless 2233 tire sound is unbearable at some point.

overall, suprima is an upgrade to me. although i miss my persona alot... LOL
