aiyaa...its like the compression thingy la...whether u believe on it or not...
*
i believe compression in recovery. not wearing in the run.

but i have 3 LineBreak compression pants for past 2 years, still in good condition!

let her troll...
i've never seen poor people contemplate on buying LV, cartier and wats the other that i never even heard before...
if chicken choking is good for you... so is compression...

you don't choke your chicken while you run also right... same theory... you do it when you have nothing else to do...

my logic...
*
my intention of the compression tight are for aerodymanic, no chafing and look good factor...

compress or not, choke chicken or not, i no care.... all i want are the intentions above... icon_rolleyes.gif

i just not reach at stage where i trim my leg hair... haha....

Uphill cycling is a b****. My knees and thighs wear out so damn fast, its not even funny. Any tips to overcome this hurdle?
*
See below plus additional below.

QUOTE(butthead @ Sep 13 2013, 07:49 AM)
thigh is recoverable...if you wear down your cartillage in your knees... seriously f@ked for the rest of your entire life...

i was jus overexaggerating, there's knee replacement's don't worry...it 's just like buying some over the top carbon bike with ridiculous carbon wheels...

2 things you can do

1. make glucosamine your best friend
2. see a bike fitter as your knee might not been tracking properly within your pedal stroke... it hurts your knee because your knees are taking forces in a way it is not meant to be
*
3. squad more.
4. squad with weight.
5. build up core strength.

Anyway what is a good beginner gps watch for running? I need gps so I can go oversea and still track my run (i got iphone apps but that would means paying for data charges hence that is out of option).

Need to have HR.

and footpod so I can run on treadmill and still track the effort.

thx guyss

im not sure. googled around and seems garmin file can be imported into nike plus apps. nike also has running gps watch. too many options.
anyway, since I don't have a gps enabled cycling computer, should i get one that can do for both. the 910xt?
*
ask around ur friend whether they have gps file to borrow u for u to import into Nike plus see whether can or not lo...

RC3 GPS can do cycling too... not sure whether support cadence device or not...

but RCX5 sure can! (but not GPS integrated watch)
