Uphill cycling is a b****. My knees and thighs wear out so damn fast, its not even funny. Any tips to overcome this hurdle?

quite likely..28 secs is not a lot...

thigh is recoverable...if you wear down your cartillage in your knees... seriously f@ked for the rest of your entire life...

i was jus overexaggerating, there's knee replacement's don't worry...it 's just like buying some over the top carbon bike with ridiculous carbon wheels...

2 things you can do

1. make glucosamine your best friend
2. see a bike fitter as your knee might not been tracking properly within your pedal stroke... it hurts your knee because your knees are taking forces in a way it is not meant to be

i got a farked up knee too. topped with farked up ligament. just use light gearing and take it ez.

HTFU has gotten to mainstream... it's time to IMSU (iron man suit up) and use some stark industries prosthetic limbs if you want to continue cycling...
