what's you pay, what u get.

This tyre is banned in my group. They tried. They have the same thought as you. value for money. in 1 of the ride, coming down from Genting Sempah, in wet condition, a lot of them skipped ! no grip at all...

they immediately change tyre back to GP4000s, or GatorSkins....

Anyone interested in "1st Shimano Highway Challenge" 24th Nov.13? Will this be fun, aside from the RM130 pocket burning registration fees. Its open for amateurs and recreational cyclist, beginners like me only. Vin_Ann is barred from it.....ha...ha!
May the veteran here rate this event! tank q!

cheh... i cycled that road before. nothing excited la. even you pay for me, i have to thinks twice...

why pay RM130 when i can cycle there....!

The Magnum Team loves to cycle the Lekas highway road....

For RM130, i better go register Malakoff Interstate which only cost RM30 as per last year. Lagi excited.. hehe...

I did my first 10k run albeit very slow today, but manage to ran all the way. I would never imagine i could accomplish it, though a small feat for someone like VInn or Syam. sup sup sui la!
Thanks to cycling base I established helps, but running works the different muscle group and I was struggling nearing the end of the course.
My compression shorts and Saucony running shoe kept the muscle soreness at bay.
Let me start again, BH....so anyone, for compression here, there, everywhere? biggrin.gif

I'm looking for a suitable bike, nothing fancy but is able to fit carriers (dont know the correct term) so that small kids can sit. If possible 2-3 kids for the purpose of leisure cycling only.

Please advise smile.gif
