Just got myself a simple trainer (http://www.minoura.jp/english/trainer/tire-drive/b60r.html) and also a new computer (Cateye Cadence) to allow me to get some cycling in during daytime when it's too hot outside
What's the best method to use a trainer? Find a resistance level you're comfortable with then stick to a certain speed / cadence?
Never had a cadence meter before , only ever paid attention to speed (outside of course, not on the trainer)
