QUOTE(TakoC @ Aug 21 2013, 08:06 PM) I remember one of the bro here shared a picture that FSM sent them what to fill up when making a transaction through M2U. If fill the recipient email with FSM email, there will be no need to send another email to them attaching the receipt. I'm fairly sure this was what the bro who posted meant. Asked them through LiveChat and they couldn't give me a definite answer. Reason being when I put FSM email, M2U don't recognize it. I got FSM email address: clienthelp.my@fundsupermart.com No problem with that. The transfer was made on 22nd July. I saved the FSM account number as one of my favourite. QUOTE(TakoC @ Aug 21 2013, 08:39 PM) I inserted the exact email, but can't proceed. Hmm.. Didn't save their account as favorite though. I don't think that will be a problem? Even I saved the account number, the email address is not saved if I'm not mistaken. Each time I do transfer I need to type it again.

QUOTE(birdman13200 @ Aug 21 2013, 08:47 PM) Yes, each time need to type in the email address. If u look carefully, the account holder name have been cut after save as favourtite, it become "IFAST CAPITAL SDN BH". This is normal if you have a longer name. It also applies to personal saving account.

Anybody has the same thought as me?

AGEF = 1/3 in global & 2/3 in Asia and it's a feeder fund to Fullerton Global Equities Fund (FGLOE) This post has been edited by David83: Aug 23 2013, 03:41 PM
