At level 2:
The prisoner in Level 2 start a riot/make noise.
It's puplished that Luffy and Ace are brothers and that Luffy tries to free him.
An ID-soldier: "We got distracted by Whitebeards attack...if there is a single one able to flee it will change everything"


At Marine HQ:
Sengoku: "20 years ago, there was the big prison escape of the flying Pirate "Golden Lion" that brought shame (to us?). Even if there are thousands of prisoners, one escaping or one breaking in is too much...there was just one legendary man who was able to flee. I will guard the " insuperable wall" called "the great prison of impel Down" until the end."

Sengoku(probably to Garp): " You are "one of the great heroes of the marine" or however they call you. A position in which you have to take the delinquency for everybody in your family"

At Level 3:
The prisoners there all have a bounty of 50 million ore more.
There is not much torture here because the prisoners are all near death. The level is also called "hunger hell" because there isn't much to eat or drink. Luffy says he want to reach level 4 (the flaming hell) as fast as possible.

Luffy, Buggy, Mr 3 and the sphinx got cought in a seastone net/web.
The prison guard director Saldeath appaers.
Luffy understands "Sarudesu" ("I'm a monkey"), the misunderstanding is cleared up after a while.
Under level 3 there are four Guardian beasts.
The sphinx wakes up and destroyes the net/web.
A fiight starts, Luffy vs, sphinx, Blugori and Impel Down soldiers.
Buggy and Mr. 3 got out of the net/web and flee. Luffy goes downstairs and continious his search.

Buggy and Mr.3 got in trouble. Luffys goal is discovered and his enemies decide to chase/hunt him.
