I think so @@ btw sa said mahsing will slowly launch like m residence , every launch raise 5-8% . So paper profit until the last block , might be 500k plus minus , oppa mahsing style !

To William , the base price is 280k , 318k is upgrade compulsory , I got no comment on this because pkns@ evo soho in bandar baru bangi sold out/fully booked within 1 week with rm600+psf of 450sqf . So apa mcm ? My side ddd camper keep fuking the overprice issue , Willing buyer willing seller la . Amen :$ |
