well, at least AT&T is selling it for USD725 , which will be 2320 and rounded down to 2299. Sorry for your high British Pound Price ya.

That is too good to be true. Since Note 3 would probably use the latest Exynos, NON-LTE 32gb (Exynos) would be RM2299. LTE 32gb(S800) RM2599, LTE 64gb(S800) RM2799.   

You could say Im aware of Samsung pricing pattern since I've already brought SGS, SGS2, SGNote, SGS3, SGNoteII.

Looks like LTE 32gb will be too pricey at least for me. 

All Sony waterproof / water resistance phone this year loudspeaker is not strong and loud, the sound is spread out.

Z Ultra is among the best already (no idea on Z1), you go hear Z, you will vomit later.

So far I never get miss call, that part still ok and loud enough.

Just you will having difficulty listen to WeChat talk outdoor.

When full volume it is enough loudness, just cannot compare with others phone loudness.

WeChat output is softer than others app, thus listening WeChat talk is troublesome where you need to put the speaker near the ear to listen clearly.

Others than that, the XZU loudspeaker is ok, not the best but still acceptable.

people give rating base on the criteria they deem important. if i think the loud speaker volume is important, ill rate xzu less than 5/10, but if loud speaker volume not important for me then ill rate xzu possibly higher.

main thing about xzu is the screen period. and the other pluses are the nice design, solid build quality. xzu oozes class.

2) Are the apps that you use capable of using all 8? or does the octa core scale well??

This is just over hyped. But I know you Malaysians love it very much.

That is not the point, android as a whole is flawed in its prioritization.
No amount of cores will "remove" that lag away.

i feel that part of the reason that make owning an android device special is because of the dev support and amount of customization available to each of us. then again your priority may be different.

of course it is, because its the latest flagship anyway, what the point to be the latest if not the best.. the only question is just for how long it will be on the throne? for this year, yes, it might be, because afaik there is no more unannounced incoming device for this year… but towards the end of this year, be ready for next year flagships rumours.. its never ending contest.. you know why i'm excited to see Alcatel One Touch Hero? its not about how powerful is the processor, but i'm glad to see more functionality coming for smartphone when manufacturer starts to think out of the box and making more hybrids.. thats what i really want to see, not just increase in number of processor cores and RAM.. I think we already come to a point that we have above sufficient processing power on our smartphones, but whats next?

Not quite, that phone is highly customised, even with its architecture cores and their sole purpose. Almost to the extent of it being the iPhone of Android.
