But, i think will have lot bangla go take mrt from tanming jaya if there is confirm a station to be constructed outside the belimbing entrance.

Nearby all factory.

And the land owner sure hold quite a number of units to sale
That time i visited the 3 storey house opposite window on the park, quite a few units stay by the land owner relative.

See the nearby environment is not really that attracting.
