QUOTE(kailord @ Aug 13 2013, 04:36 PM) Exactly how I understood the process. But your sentence earlier sounds like you signed the agreement during car pick up. Lol not me...im explaining how i went through the porcess for drewgtan You have to sign loan agreement before Sa can proceed.... Yea smtimes the SA can help out in the loan agreement signing if you go through the SA. This post has been edited by sathyendran: Aug 13 2013, 04:44 PM

QUOTE(cahayamalamku @ Aug 14 2013, 10:55 AM) anyone can recommend me good freeware to keep track our petrol expenses? currently i am using excel only and i am not sure whether my formula is right or not because sometimes i do "little refuelling" » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « Dont crack your head so much on FC or else you wont enjoy your ride. FC is very subjective and i think it depends on how your control your right foot. Just enjoy your ride.

QUOTE(boxter @ Aug 14 2013, 04:25 PM) jux installed stiff ring with RM280.... dint feel any different... How did u test? Stiff ring is to reduce undercarriage noise and vibration. If you expect to improve handling significantly then u need to add UR bars or change Absorbers.

QUOTE(boxter @ Aug 14 2013, 04:35 PM) just feeling before and after...cant feel significant different... mayb u r rite...need to change absorbers to improve comfort feel when pass through uneven road... If you have the budget you can change absorbers, but for cheaper option try spring buffers, UR BARS to improve comfort and handling. This post has been edited by sathyendran: Aug 14 2013, 04:44 PM

QUOTE(xin @ Aug 15 2013, 01:16 PM) can recommend any KIA SA that can give me rebate discounts for Forte ? Plan to get one should the clear stock rebates are good ... Get your car stock confirmed first.... its already out of stock in most places. You will be lucky if you can get one. Rebates later talk once you confirmed your car. White is out of stock aedy as far as i know. Good luck! This post has been edited by sathyendran: Aug 15 2013, 01:39 PM

QUOTE(invinciblezero @ Aug 15 2013, 04:09 PM) sifus, I would like to know if this is the correct process and the outcome of this. 1. Met accident (stop and the guy behind bang me-should be on his phone) 2. Reported 3.He was issued a summon 4.Went to SC to repair and was told that they need to claim my own insurance fist(done my SC) 5.Once done, i will need to take the documents then submit the claim to the other party's insurance company to get my own insurance company reimbursed. My question:- i. Will my NCD be affected(SC said will not) (insurance agent said maybe depends on the paperwork) ii. Is this correct, to claim my own insurance first? iii. SC said they cannot claim direct on the 3rd party, maybe outside workshop can This is normal to fast track the claim....later you will have to submit the forms to the other party's insurance company to reimburse the claim. This is normal. It wont affect your NCD. My borther did the same with Proton, no issues with the NCD.

QUOTE(invinciblezero @ Aug 15 2013, 04:57 PM) Thanks for the info guys. May I know how long the process takes? From the time u report ----> repair -----> settle the paperwork Any issues with the NCD when you renew the insurance later? Time depends on where you place your car, how fast your workshops process the documents....more cars in the workshop longer waiting time, my borther's car proton took 1 month. Pandamaran Proton, they did a good job. No issues renewing insurance. This post has been edited by sathyendran: Aug 15 2013, 05:01 PM

Added Stiff Ring & Cushion Buffers (front & back). Cushion buffers : Less bumpy going through humps, significant difference using the same route i used to go before adding these. Stiff ring : Noted no difference....too early, will update soon.

QUOTE(boxter @ Aug 21 2013, 07:28 PM) after download the file "navi" folder. shall i just delete the existing SpeedNavi folder and paste with this new "Navi" folder in the sdcard? i tried but not work. HU shown can't find the speednavi.exe to run.... please advise... no its for papago...not speednavi. Create a new folder named 'Papago' extract to this folder. No need to delete the Speednavi folder. Just create new one and change the navi path file in the HU settings. 3 files were shared just now. 1st was the full papago, second was the latest map and 3rd was by zero which included the voice thgy. You extract all 3, copy the 3rd into 1st, then if you want the latest map just copy the 2nd into the maps folder which will be available in the 1st extract. Hope its not confusing.
