That is Toyworld's Orion.
It's after IDW version of Optimus.

It only appears in the comics.

i got two sets for myself bro, that is why i can display with 2 cannons. earlier i also purchase for a friend, but his did not come with the cannon initially, but seller recontacted me back saying that my friend is also eligible for a cannon after all

A bit off topic, has anyone tried changing a Transformer toy at TRU without a receipt? Lost it...

I once exchange an Energon Sharkticon because of 2 left legs and believe me it's not an easy process even with a receipt. Unless you haven't open the package with the orange TRU price tag intact or the sales person recognize you then you may be able to do so. If not finding the receipt will be your best bet.
