It seems like my nexus 4 can only detect PTP,then can do anything with nexus 4 root toolkit,now I only found out I don't need wifi transfer or all the things you guys said,now I know its not hardware issue and everything,hahaha

Hi, got a little urge to look for 2nd hand N4, but the only major thing stopping me now is the non-removable battery.

As I know, battery life will eventually deplete and will need to buy a replacement battery(be it original or oem or sunglobal etc), but what happens when the battery is non-removable?

Another thing is, what happens when the device freeze? Cuz my normal practice now(I'm on Gnex) is if nothing works and the screen just freeze(for whatever reason since I do go for light custom rom and kernel) I'll just resort to battery pull and it'll solve everything. But I wonder what I'm gonna do if battery is non-removable?

I wanna wait for N5 as well but then again the price will definitely be out of my budget and I probably don't need that high specs, N4's 2GB and quadcore should be enough to get me smooth multitasking. Current Gnex will ocassionally lags when heavy multasking switching between apps.

At least wait until the next Google Event should be right around the corner October 2013.

No, Malaysia only licenced bands 3 & 7 for LTE. Band 4 does not work here. And even if it does, the N4 radios does not support LTE. The baseband might, but the RF front end does not. It wont function reliably on LTE as the radios would be out of spec.

Yes they are. I'm saying the RF front end is not designed based on LTE specs, does not mean it totally won't work at all. Meaning it does not conform to all the specifications. And it is a HUGE list of specs, but lets not get into the technical details.

The Bad

-Disappointing battery life
-A Menu button. This hides all the overflow menus you should normally see and is terrible for discoverability
-TouchWiz still looks and functions like Android 2.3. You can't horizontally swipe between tabs, there are hidden menus that are a mile long, and everything looks rather dated
