I'll provide a gameplay video as soon as my monk reaches a more respectable Paragon level. Doing so at this point of time, would not do justice to the EFearlessWKLFists V9.9 build.

With the current dps, i think it can be killed below 1 min.
I think drop rate is all luck. I'm not sure if the drop rate is up to 90% but i can tell the drop rate is high.

It might be luck but he's dropping it almost everytime so far. If Vota have to walk around some more and no guaranteed drop while elites takes a bit of time to kill as they run around. Ghom for me so far is def worth farming for DE

The drop is random.
Not too bad, as compared to my 0 DE from VOTA @ MP10 in many cases.

It's time for a new build called EFearlessWKLDoubleFists V1.0 as follow;-

Active Skills
1. Fists of Thunder -Quickening
2. Dashing Strike -Blinding Speed
3. Way of the Hundred Fists -Blazing Fist
4. Mantra of Conviction -Overawe
5. Wave of Light -Pillar of the Ancients
6. Sweeping Wind -Cyclone

Passive Skills
1. Combination Strike
2. Seize the Initiative
3. Pacifism or perhaps, Sixth Sense

Gameplay
Activate DS -Blinding Speed then followed by SW -Cyclone. pDPS is buffed by FoT -Quickening, WotHF -BF and Combination Strike, substantially turning into a much superior nephalem. In addition, FoT -Quickening is the spirit generator engine and don't forget to spam MoC -Overawe, every 3 second. Finally, plant the bell to decimate everything within its vicinity, every 1 second.

Vital Statistics by the courtesy of d3up.
Summary
Weapons = A low fear factor of 10.2%, decent ChD + osRuby Echoing Fury (MH) and ls + osEmerald Won Kim Lau (OH)

pDPS = ~253k or ~337.5k (fully buffed)
EHP = ~617.7k
Attacks per Second = 2.58 (MH) & 2.94 (OH)
Armor = ~5.4k
All Resist = 597
Total Dmg Reduction = ~91%
Hp = ~55.2k
Life Steal = 2.9%
LoH = 352

Notes
1) Special mention or Credit goes to ALeUNe for as quoted (see below) henceforth as a result, gave birth to a unique build called EFearlessWKLFists V1.0;-
QUOTE(ALeUNe @ Sep 25 2013, 03:18 PM)
You are using 1 active skill + 1 passive skill for spirit generation.
IMO, it is not really effective because you can free some skill slots for burst damage skill like WoL or passive like NDE & OWE.
(defensive attributes of OWE will help you in coping RD elites).

Try replace FoT/Thunderclap with Quickening.
It should give you enough spirit generation.
With quickening, you should be able to spam your 1xWoL or 2xCyclone Strike every second.

But you need to get used to skill like FoT/Quickening as you don't teleport anymore.
As you use Cyclone Strike, you don't need to "stick" to the mobs since you pull the mobs to you.
Moreover, you're using Dashing Strike, you don't need teleport from FoT/Thunderclap.

WoL & Cyclone Strike combo is awesome.

2) An interesting observation and feedback response by ALeUNe as quoted (see below) that has enable me to complete this remarkable build however in my opinion, DS -BS is the best survival skill and so, CS -Implosion is excluded.
QUOTE(ALeUNe @ Sep 27 2013, 05:09 PM)
You've got good EHP.  thumbup.gif
Time to buff your DPS to a new level.

I believe FoT/Quickening alone should give you enough spirit for spamming your WoL & CS.
So, you may drop passive/Exalted Soul.
Replace it with passive/combination strike.

Drop dashing strike and use deadly reach/foresight.

Passive/combination strike + deadly reach/foresight will give you 34% DPS buff (before MoC).
With the DPS buff, all of your skills will get a huge boost.
*
3) Just need 2.9% ls and 352 LoH to recoup hp. A pack of elite that has RD affix is of no concern.

4) EFearlessWKLDoubleFists V1.0 allows me to increase pDPS further without any apparent weaknesses or setbacks while looking forward to equip a cold WoL SoJ and hope that the chill effect is working with WotHF -BF.

No problem with RD at all, just ensure EP is not active whenever target is about to be destroyed. DS -BS is simply amazing and can bypass certain affix situation such as freeze bomb, fire explosion, arcane beam etc with proper activation timing. In addition, mobile targets remain rooted or stay put as punching bag for your monk to spar with.
