For the first few upgrades.. I think personally its a damn good way to upgrade yourself. Craft bro's craft. The rolls of crafting at 70 is damn good. You might not get exactly what you want but just look at the rolled stats, then decided which one you can enchant. Its a damn good way to upgrade or you can get yellow loots and enchant them but for me, crafting is a quicker way

the sevens sins, sage, and demon plan i got at 60, can craft a new ilvl70 version right?

or i have to get a new plans?

Yes bro..I tried out with Cow in his first Mathael run..and I rage quit @ T1.

LOl...crazy incoming damage wei..and I had like 800k toughness.

I think minimum toughness is 3M liao...5 to be safe.

Im also wondering the same thing. Anyone tried yet? Ive read some other forums stating that it will but no proof. Also Blacksmith max lvl will be 12. And Im sure there are better lvl 70 shoulders.

Nope.

The current leg plans will only roll at 60 if I am not mistaken,

Sage + Ashera + Cains all have 70 plans.

Seven Sin will be OP shoulders for il70

if you found new item and the old item is no longer needed, you can choose to savage the old item.
you should get the gems and crafting material with zero cost.
