Hey guys, need to ask u guys some question....
Why is my SS rival sometimes doesnt detect the surface? is it because of my mousepad?(Na'VI mousepad 1st edition)
Very stressed out when I play Dota 2, sometimes the cursor wont move because I think it doesnt detect my mousepad surface? Or is it my rival got error?

have you tried other suface? like a paper or a wooden table?
usually its because of the faulty sensor

on wooden table, my ss rival doesnt seem to track at all...
If im not mistaken ure using rival IG edition right? have u tried use it on wooden table surface or other than that?
and forgot to mention I tested my lovely SS Sensei to any kind of surface and it works very well.
How is this...

using steelseries dota 2 mouse. and win8.1
after i added a second steam folder (on another HDD), now the mouse profile wont load for any games.... weird. How to solve this?

tried that. redirected to the exe, even in library. still wont work. zzzz

the dex mousepad is smooth. however i think the silicon base is picky about surfaces to have better and firm grips.

kinzu v3 is just like kinzu but has a higher cpi now.

suffering with my sensei wireless again, now the base could not be detected no matter what l do

just happened yesterday 5 month of usage l has this problem that sometime mouse and base would suddenly stop working, re plug the usb did the tricks, up till last night came back from dinner totally go haywired

have you tried with other pc as well?
if still have this problem better go for RMA bro

yup, tried on 3 system, all cant detect the base, gotta go through the RMA process wonder they change a new set or repair that blardy base

Usually will replace with a new or a refurbished set
